Touchdown in New York

 
 

Formula E arrives in Brooklyn for the inaugural New York City ePrix on July 15 & 16. Formula E will host the first ever race to take place within the five boroughs of New York City in modern history at the Brooklyn Cruise Terminal.

The Electric Street Racing Series has landed in the Big Apple in the safe hands of New York Giants wide receiver Victor Cruz.

eVillage

Formula E doesn’t stop when the cars aren’t on track, there’s always something for you to see and do. Away from the track, you can entertain yourself at the eVillage fan zone. This is an entertainment area aimed at the whole family. 

Inside the eVillage, you will have the opportunity to get up close with a variety of fantastic displays and activities, ranging from the latest electric vehicles and hybrid cars and racing simulators. In addition to the latest and greatest in technology products there will be a wide choice of food and drink stands as well as fun Kid activities for children of all ages.

Meet the drivers

In the eVillage, you will have the chance to meet the drivers at the autograph session and witness the raw emotion of the podium ceremony. If you rate your driving skills, you can get behind the wheel of a racing simulator to win the chance to go wheel-to-wheel against the actual Formula E drivers during the eRace, which takes place in the build-up to the main event.

 
 

Circuit

The 1.21mile (1.947km) track features 13 corners and is set against the iconic backdrop of Lower Manhattan and the Statue of Liberty.
