WE'RE OPENING THE DOORS TO PRE-SEASON TESTING TO GIVE YOU THE CHANCE TO SEE ALL 22 GEN2 CARS ON TRACK AHEAD OF THE SEASON 5 OF THE ABB FIA FORMULA E CHAMPIONSHIP
What is it?
Pre-season testing is the first time all 11 Formula E teams and 22 drivers will take to the track together, ahead of the first round of Season 5 of the ABB FIA Formula E Championship.
The track time is used by teams and drivers to make any final amendments to the cars ahead of the first race in Ad Diryiah, Saudi Arabia on December 15, 2018. With the arrival of the new Gen2 cars, marking a new era of Formula E, the Valencia test days will be the first time all 22 brand new machines take to the track together.
When and where?
Pre-season testing will take place at the Ricardo Tormo circuit in Valencia, Spain between the October 16 and 19. Both Tuesday 16 and Friday 19 will be open to the general public.
There is no charge to attend but only registered attendees will be granted access to the circuit. Complete and submit the form below to register for the event. Fans will be able to access seating with a view of the track.
Each day of testing will be split into two sessions, with cars running between 9-12 in the morning session and 2-5 in the afternoon. Thursday 18 will serve as a rest day - there will be no action on track.
